Mounjaro. More than Weight^1*: from Paper to Practice

Safety Profile: Mounjaro has exhibited a consistent safety profile across patient groups indicated for chronic weight management, treatment of type 2 diabetes, and treatment of moderate to severe sleep apnoea with obesity.¹-⁵ Reported adverse events (AEs) were mostly gastrointestinal (GI) in nature, including nausea (very common; ≥10%), diarrhoea (very common; ≥10%), constipation (common; ≥1% and <10%) and vomiting (common; ≥1% and <10%).¹–⁵ In general, these GI AEs were mild to moderate in severity, and more frequent during dose escalation.¹–⁵
